Activities:
1) To arrange Human Relations training of final and pre-final year students of all branches and of all colleges at mutually agreed venues.
2) To invite and ensure conduct of campus interviews
3) To communicate and widely publicize the Results of placement activities.
4) All possible hospitality will be extended to the invited employers
5) To publish consolidated placement brochure of all the institutions who are members of the confederation
6) To visit various organizations/industries for promotion of placement activities
7) To develop and launch a common web-site for a placement purpose and to update the web-site regularly
8) To enhance academic image of engineering and technological institutions of NMU, this confederation will widely publicize its activities thorough news papers and other media

Aims and Objectives:
It is a matter of concern of all Engineering Colleges and UDCT under the jurisdiction of North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon that in spite of best efforts taken by all institutions the placement situation of our students through campus selection is not very much encouraging.
To augment the placement activities, engineering colleges, UDCT, NMU have signed the Memorandum of Understanding which is effective from 17th December, 2005. The MOU is being signed for making our students more employable and to cerate central facilities for their placement.
